The seniors provide the best training for freshers. No one blame the work when its wrong during the training period. Interesting persons easily understand the job and work by own fastly.

Dislikes

Work timing is not even. When the project due date is shorter we have to work overtime. But company wont pay for our overtime work. No compensations. Monthly one day we can take leave with salary. Above one day the leave salary is deductible even we worked overtime for 15 hours and above per day on our working day. But compulsory wehave to work 12 hours. Because the project is always available. When we ask about the overtime work the company will fire us....Read More

Work Details

The job is looking harder at the beginning. The co workers makes me comfortable and trained me well. The work growth is healthy because my team. Our team did a good job and get appreciation from our project manager.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
