1. Company provides free bus facility for all working employees. 2. good quality food serves to all employees in canteen at nominal rates. 3. Saturday is off for all white collar employees. 4. Cafeteria is also there inside the premises. 5. Morning and evening snacks are also being provided. 6. Flexible working hours is the best facility that one can avail.
1. Company should provide accommodation facility to the employees belonging to outside of the city. 2. New hired employees are not properly guided. 3. HR should take responsibility for successfully completion of induction process instead of assigning this task to buddy. 4. HOD/Reporting in-charge not giving proper attention to newly hired employees.

In the wika india group , only the palwal plant does not have admin position on the company roll. In all the other plants , admin roll follow a five day work week. Whereas the palwal plant admin roll follows six day work week. There is no any clarity as to when you can be on the role. No clarity in promotion. Not getting all company benefits.
