I don't like anything about MGP.

Dislikes

"MGP BUILDER only deals with cash transactions. They will not fulfill their commitments. They claim that salaries will be paid on time, but they do not follow through. The company lacks proper leadership, and there is no job security. It's not advisable to consider a career with MGP."

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
