I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

They will say the PF amount will be settled but no single rupee will be settled in your PF account for more than 3 months. If we call they will say will check and update but no update will be give back. They will treat the customer as same after booking. No proper response for the workers and too the customers.
