The assurance team is a small, close knit team of 25 people operating from Gurgaon, Bangalore and Mumbai office. The culture in the team is positive and collaborative. Everyone is working independently but collaborate to help each other understand a tool or a topic as and when required. Management is not intrusive and don't micro manage. They are approachable and support your personal goals. Neeraj and Parul from Gurgaon office are instrumental in building an open culture. Team works in hybrid model where work from office 2-3 days and rest of the week work from home. Cafeteria is a cozy one with few microwaveable easy to cook food like oats, soup, Maggi etc, tea/ coffee station and biscuits, cornflakes etc. Mubarak bhaiya makes the best Chai ever!...Read More

Dislikes

Salary is good, at par or more with market standards. Career progression is slow. Even performance bonuses are on the lower side. Work timings are shift based (5.30 am to 2.00 pm) which are difficult for few to adjust however a big positive is that you get the evening to yourself which helps in work like balance, something almost imp ossible in a big4. Everything , non ethical work culture lack of training no HR , people makes rules every hour depends upon how much they are high and under alcohol
