It's kind of nightmare working at MGO specially in FAAS team, manager & senior manager are worst, they are not humans accordingly they cannot understand 'NO' to anything. They trap the candidate by asking candidate to sign agreement for 1 year

Nothing to like about mgo...bad management...bundle of unprofessional people. Modifing the companies policies as per their own convince over the night...even management will not do what they promise you...no work life balance... accept night shift or termination- I have faced this as well.

Nothing to like about the MGO. Never seen a starup like this. Bad management Change the policy overnight No work-life balance. Changes in shifts - accept it or termination They will never give bonus part even if the same is the part of your CTC. Change in roll and department
