Likes 🤣 There is no encouragement and respect to the employees who all are working there. Treat you like an illiterate. They just use you for shutdown kinda works without any refreshments. No increments, if there is no replacement for you, u have to do the same work until you die.

Dislikes

They hired the employees through other contractors. Their fate, they have to work for 10 years - contract basis. Half of their salaries went straight to the contractor's pockets. Feel pity for them especially Bangladesh peoples. Compensation & benefits only for local employees (Malaysia), not for other country people. If people losttheir hand or fingers or something happened at work, they simply say, your fault and send you back to your country.
