No Job security, no medical, no insurance, no canteen, no pick-up/drops. The company is run by family members, hence they treat other people just like numbers. Instead of firing themselves, they fire other employees at will.

Metasys Technologies, Inc. is US based recruitment company which has main office in Chandighar and few small office in Chennai with their partner company. First thing, there is no job security in this company. Apart from salary there is no other benefits you will have like, leaves, holidays, worklife balance, medical insurance etc. This is particularly for India locations. CEO of the company is money minded and his vision is only on his company grown, but not on the employees career growth. He make false promises. I would not recommend people to join this company if you offer good salary package.
