Company owner Jain is a crooked fellow only cares about money money and money . He never think about employees work life balance and their career growth. pay was very less but work load is too much the culture is worst than a fish market. No one follows nothing they just implemented ISO 9001 for the sake of clients but never follow any rules. Dislikes

Worst work culture, they expect you to work even on sundays, they never follow the system they just work like a barbarians, work life balance also worst. That organisation expect you to work 13 to 14 hours even but what they mentioned in offer letter was its like a 9 to 5 job.
