Unrealistic project plans from top management, unrealistic hopes from resource, management who lacks subject knowledge wants everybody to drive their own unrealistic dream projects without any guidance, then Non-technical HR & top management decides the performance of resource on the basis of these projects. Teammates and managers were good who brought this company to the level where they are right now, but all of them left because of worst man-management tactics from top-management.
