Honestly speaking, Mestech hiring as training period to fresher for 6 month as trainee officially, but 0% training provided, Directly deploy on project for fresher. Too much workload, Technology used not used in industry , Compensation is very much low, Working on every weekend, Internal Politics,Night shift, No employee care
