I am mobile application developer in meshba since last 6 months.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hello Dear, First of all, we are glad that you have shared your point of view and your genuine feedback. Looking at your rating it seems like you are facing some issues related to your work-life balance. As per our One-On-One meeting in the previous quarter, the rating for this question was not that lower. As we have started with the One-On-One meetings for the 2nd quarter-end, we would love to discuss this and come up with a resolution at the earliest. Secondly, in regards to the salary and benefits. As there are multiple changes are happening and new initiatives have been taken by the HR and management like PF Facility, medical Insurance benefits, changes in the working days, increased numbers in the yearly leaves, and many more. There are a lot many other benefits that will be provided to all the employees in the coming days. Any concerns related to your salary, we would love to discuss internally :) Thank you once again.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
