Toxic, full of politics, a male dominating environment where you will see nothing but politics, where on one hand company wide mail are being sent on change in appraisal cycles and and few people who do nothing but butter their VPs are promoted as TL, there is no band standardization in the company, their approach of treating employee is nothing but shit. No professionalism, people sitting on GM levels have no knowledge about their clients and product but are sustaining the position by mere toxic culture and politics There is no timing if you are working here, they will expect you to start working at 10 sharp till 8 at least or you will not be considered a fit employee, competent one.
