Dislikes

Zero work life balance, saturdays are working, people who sit for longer hours are appreciated and valued more. Toxic culture, lala company.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
