Honestly there is nothing good here.

Too much micro management, no job security. They can terminate to anytime. This is more like a school. Who have to be on seat all the time, can not talk to friend. have to come on time. They never appreciate your work. There is too much work pressure. No genuine excuses are consider. This is not a good place or work culture to work.

12 hour shift and you will be forced to work on weekends. No work life balance even the CEO admitted that he doesn't Beleive in work life balance.
