Lot of cons there no work life balance.Lot of micro management.Encourage people to stay late at office by managers.No matter how good you are at your skills but there have culture of seniority.Manager will ask you to work from home in weekends as well.It seems like Higher management is illiterate.They treat employees very badly.There is no job security

Nothing everyone there is rude, seniors think they are experienced and have so much knowledge and try to show that you know nothing. Trust me if you have knowledge you can get a better chance in any better company than this. Here you will be like a labourer who works hard but gets nothing
