Worst culture. No work/Life balance. Strict 9 hours shift with the timer on your head. No WFH/HYBRID culture. strict 5 days office working. They don't understand anything like family emergency. I really liked the work culture with the supporting managers. Company has a clear vision and every one is align to that. Good work life balance, I am getting proper me time to do my personal stuff. Good salary pay and on time appraisal.

Not so frequent, but sometimes delivery time is short
