Everything. They make you work for more hours but they pay very less. HR team is worst.

No Growth, rating is decided by upper management, not by your colleagues Pay parity exists in the company Technology Department is undermined in various aspects including but not limited to compensation, review, rating, working hours, promotion cycle and performance related discussions.

I worked remotely for 6 months and I didn't liked a single thing about working with Merilytics.

Dislikes

They have not provided laptops to people who have worked remotely and the company completely cares about saving money by hiring new grads rather than increasing salery to BITS and IIT graduate employers as their starting salary is bit higher than other college graduates. Career development is nearly zero unless you are lucky to join is good teams which are 2-3 in number.

No work life balance is very bad and they usually throw all the pending and useless work to new joiners ( which happened with 3 more joiners who joined with me parllelly into other teams who quit working even before me) unless you joined into
