there are many things i gained during training, job security is there, in terms of career growth really anyone can be in grow soon , salary/appraisal was very good , i still think if i get chance to work again with Mercer i will join soon. One of best organisation of my career.

Dislikes

i worked in Mercer 3 years i never faced any dislike about Mercer. My Manager was very supportive specially thanks to Anant Kumar, Lovina Dabour, Puja taank, jasmin kaur , they are very helpful in terms of career growth.

it was very good i was part of UK DB RETIREMENT ,I worked with different client and learnt many more things during this period.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The best company in this industry with only flaw...not a good paymaster and annual increments are just for joke.

The internal politics is really something which disturbs you sometimes and affects your work life as favoritism is everything. If you are a girl and little good looking too? Bingo....you'll get everything

Life was chill and work was cool. It's like a govt job and if you don't expect very much from the life you can go but not a good place for ambitious peoples.
