Dislikes

Not getting cadre wise salary, some get 7 Lpa, some get 3 Lpa , how can there be so much difference in salary in the same cadre and with almost same experience. Unjustified policy. No promotions/appraisal , not at all.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
