We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the infrastructure industry to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for construction, engineering, and project management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in the infrastructure sector.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
• Manage and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Experience with bulk hiring and technical recruitment.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
