Solar Site Engineer- Civil - Execution

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should have knowledge on IDT Foundations and Piling, Other Civil works that are relevant to solar

• Ensure timely completion of solar project execution activities on ground, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operation and maintenance of installed solar plants.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or concerns related to site operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in civil execution or solar site execution.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
  
• Strong understanding of solar civil works, including foundation laying, trenching, cable laying, etc.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data tracking and reporting purposes.

• Solar Civil Execution Experience is Mandatory.
