Planning Manager For Airport Project

Role & responsibilities

* Previous experience in Airports terminal building Construction

* Preparation of master schedule & monitoring, highlighting critical actical activities timely with Project head

* Preparation of Zero budgets & Tracking the costs

* Well versed with Primavera & MSP

* Coordinating with design consultants, procurement

* Raising indents on timely basis.

* DPR, WPR, MPR preparation & tracking monthly targets

* Monitoring the progress & setting targets to Subcontractors

* Attending meetings with client & consultants

* Assisting billing team for identification of extra items

* Co-ordinating with vendors for QAP's, Manufacture clearance & delivery's to site

* Preferred SAP experience

* Contract management like documentation of EOT
