Minimum Requirements:
- Level of Education MBA (finance) / CA/ICWA/Post gradation in commerce.
- Experience 15 + Years (Most Petered with commercial background).
Position Objective:
- This critical role will serve as a crucial bridge between the projects ( Head office, Regional Office, and all Sites) and Finance Teams of the business Unit (BU) and Head Office ( HO) , The BU Finance Head will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective financial management and governance of BU Projects, overseeing the end to end project finance workflows.
Roles, Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Financial Planning and budgeting w r t Cash flow statements Accounting of Payables and Receivables.
- Assist in Procurement Process and Gross Profile Control Financial Performance Reporting Inventory and work in Progress Reporting Audit and Internal Controls Insurance Risk Coverage.
- Revenue Contract Management and client Billing.
Key Competencies:
- Proven ability to manage revenue contracts. Milestone tracking, and client billing, cashflow projections.
- Ability to prepare and analyze performance reports, ensuring alignment with financial governance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software applications (eg: ERP systems, budgeting tools).
