Manager / Sr Manager - Civil (Water Supply)

Role & responsibilities

• Project Management & coordination includes works related to Oversee the Planning, Delivery & Coordination of projects under vertical heads.
• Responsible for execution, planning scheduling & monitoring of the Project on time.
• Frequently maintaining relationship with RO/HO for pending payments, requirements and issues.
• To ensure Proper utilization of Manpower, Material and machineries.
• Discuss Weekly/Monthly progress with employees to get more accurate result.
• Consistent communication with senior management and subordinates regarding project progress and developments.
• Team Management: To develop good work environment effectively. To nurture team members.
• Maintain good Safety Precautions to achieve zero accidents.
• Monitor and insist team members to ensure safety and quality as per their prime concern.
• Handling uncertainty and respond to critical situations.
• Coordination with Clients, Consultants and subcontractors.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech.

Experience Range: 15 to 25 years

Interested to work PAN India level

Should have experience in Water Supply Projects.
