- Study, review, and circulate approved drawings to the site team for execution
- Ensure project tasks are completed as per schedule
Implement best construction practices to avoid rework - Maintain zero accident policy at the site
- Attended client meetings and coordinate effectively
- Manage vendors and contractors efficiently
- Review vendor invoices, provide measurement sheets, and ensure certification
- Assist in Work Completion Certificate (WCC) signoff from clients
- Close non-compliance and compliance reports
- Coordinate with inter-department teams for seamless project execution
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to contractors and team members
