Senior don't treat properly. Bank is good but some people don't understand how to treat with there team members that the reason to left the company and HR also did not call to retain or transfer to other department of I will get chance to work with icici i will be happy to work

I am happy to say that, even after facing so much pressure after doing sales we don't get any incentives.

1) long working hours- daily 10.5 hours 2) No transportation for female employees after sitting late. No reimbursement either 3) Transportation options to the office at interface malad are very limited.Very difficult to get a rickshaw from malad station at peak hours as well as getting a rickshaw from the interface office in the evening is next to impossible 4) No work from home facility. The best thing about the organisation is it's work Life balance, there fare to bank fare to customer approach. In ICICI seniors are not allowed to pressure employee. Easy to crack business

Dislikes

The most dislike thing was they have college based promotion system, means if someone is graduated from best institute, he/she will get promoted even if their performance is below average.

1)After office time I am not received any office call from my seniors. 2)WebEx not happening in frequently. 3)I get more space to work freely in my department. 4)Get holidays on time as well as leave with out any questions from seniors.

1) Bank credit policy. 2) Low Salary structure 3) Delay to proceed customer request. 4) Top management support.

You get good exposure travelling from one state to another. You meet new people.

The work life balance is not that great. It is acutely disappointing.

Friendly culture in product management role. Work pressure is minimal and get lot of freedom due to backups present. Timing hours rarely extends. Overall superb for work life balance.

No Likes, pathetic work culture. HR will not listen to you in any case. They will work only according to people who are with them from more than 5 years.

They have malpractices. Will tell you sale your product any how even by lying about the product. Even in some hubs they torture female employees. As I was in credit department.

Mismanagement, high resignation due to over load of work, less workforce then required, login time is strictly followed but log out time is not there. Management compel employees to work for 12 hours, no professional behaviour on the floor it's does not seems like office but a school
