Basic facilities Food you cant rely on. Low quality. Bad toilets people go outside. Polluted air in plant, no arrangement for fume and dust. Bad housekeeping. Bad transportation system, dont when your vehicle will come. Technical- No training, No skill development, no technical discussion. So you will not learn anything. Do it on your own. I will say big No for freshers, and beginners. This is for people who have dont have much technical idea and rely on workers. Bcoz bosses are here non technical, if they say something you have to follow. HR is non supportive, if you complain for food they will support canteen person. Increament you can get or can not get, depends on owner. Owner dont want skilled manpower bcoz then they need to spend money. They dont provide even good diwali sweets, that's low....Read More
