US team is professional and they took interview in professional manner

India team just degrade on your skills and expertise. They want u to listen only. They just point out what you do not know never appreciate what you knows. It is looking like they want to tell you not asking. Given a lecture of almost 30 minutes out of 47 minutes of interview HR is not helpful at all asked her about interview nd she said I don't know what this round is about Be aware before join

If u receive good team as I joined I have received really good team till 2023 and the people wear good and also they trained me really good

As I received good team till 2023 after in 2024 they moved me in team there the people really not good at all as they playing office politics all the time and also the team coach and the senior team leader they both have very bad behaviour and not providing good traning by this two people and also they marking errors as I am still in the OJT training period they. In Medusind Solutions there is no personal life. No work satisfaction, you don't get paid according to your work. Team leaders and manager do favourism and politics while giving appraisal and promotion, Some of the team leader have there personal agenda with there team members.

No growth. Poor increment. You will always be in production forever you eill never grow. Target pressure set to too high this is why callers keep quitting. If you happen to have joined there leave asap.
