Only one thing that we can take Saturday Sunday fixed off but for that also they are like please work and complete the productivity it's pathetic.

Almost everything Firstly they can't handle the work they can't manage things and they just blame the employees that we are not working we are not completing our targets and productivity , and the worst thing is they gives the targets that are next to impossible to achieve those targets and many employees fail on achieving the targets they starts marking you absent and starts cutting the salary it's really disgusting I mean they are already paying so low salary for plus no night shift allowance no incentive nothing and from that also they wants to cut the salary , the only option is there for the employees is to resign from the company it's really disgusting , they just want us to work like a machine with their pocket money type of salary....Read More

Good work environment and culture, sometimes teammates are Supportive and The management is biased. No gaming area, cafeteria is pathetic. Company policies are not good.

Dislikes

Policies of this company, if you are facing any technical issue while WFH people would not be responsible neither the IT team nor the management, they will mark u absent and cut ur salary.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting, 4-5 months will go soft and light and in sixth month you will feel some health issues, work pressure, the target thing and there is no authorised person. Training team is really good.

Salary is not providing proper one person give the best effort and accept all the challenges and give the best production but that person salary increment only and only 1500 last 2019 year and current year on one increment so we are biggest lose

I am last 4.5 year working with Medusind but no growth in my career in between 4.5 year my salary was nearly 25000 on hand but no i am 17000 on hand currently my salary is credit on my account only and only 17500

The salary for a US Process could have been better. Though I pointed it, it does not mean that they are providing less than industry standards. For a company which is better in all aspects the salary also could have been a little bit better
