There is no job security, shift timing 9 to 6 but they aren't releive even 10 clock also , full of favouritism, no knowledge fron team lead and management, there is no PF , there is no growth, there is no project,there is no quality , if you want to waste your life please join the company,there is no proper management

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
