There is no job security, shift timing 9 to 6 but they aren't releive even 10 clock also , full of favouritism, no knowledge fron team lead and management, there is no PF , there is no growth, there is no project,there is no quality , if you want to waste your life please join the company,there is no proper management

Worst company I have ever worked. No one has knowledge there. Shift timing is 9-6 but even it is 8pm also they don't allow the coders to close the shift. Office environment is very worst. They keep their work place like garbage. They force you to come on Sundays but don't pay OT for that. There is no job security also, without any prior information they just lay off all the employees in the name of project shortage. This is the worst company I've ever worked in . You won't get your salary on time. PF won't be credited after making you believe you'll receive the PF. The HR won't provide you with a proper payslips, their payslips look fraudulent and most of the other organisations won't accept it as a valid document..!! And even if you relieve properly from this company by serving the said notice period they won't provide your relieving documents on time you'll have to ask them multiple times for the documents and most importantly you won't have any job security, here they just layoff employees without any prior notice. There is 0% career, even the TLs won't have any knowledge about the process. The office space is highly unhygienic with rats and other things and the management is poor with their employees....Read More

In interview they fix one salary after a month they reduce salary and said reason like you get some hike after finish 6 month but after 6 month they terminate you such a bad orng wrost management unhygienic restroom with out any basic need in production full of favouritism they dnt want skill and exp ppls they only want ppls who putting says ok for everthing for them. not getting on time salary so much pblms in management...Read More
