Likes

Teammates were great but the company did not have any strategy. It thrived on "Copy-paste" culture. It could not find any projects and had to shut down completely.

Dislikes

Not open to innovative ideas and relied too much on copy pasting from the internet.

Work Details

The work was exciting initially when there were few good clients.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
