If you are a fresher its one of the best firms to start your career in consulting.You have a great learning exposure in first year but after that not so much.

Dislikes

Culture is very bad. No leaves- other than fixed in july and dec you will have hardly get leaves, sub par compensation, skill development outside of work is almost nill.Work life balance is bad but I dont think thats vad for a fresher. You are expected to live for MEC , so wfh and other benefits you get in other firms are non existent....Read More

I enjoyed my initial year . Had lot of exposure and learnings on job . When you learn most of the skills in the job you start to realise what is missing. You wilk never have time for personal development or focus on
