Nothing to be like in this organization, All the HR works under the Mangers. This organization has very toxic environment and politics as well. To like in this organization first please remove these two managers from this organization than only this organization will have some work life balance

This organization does not have any work-life-balance, Job security, work satisfaction, salary and etc. The main thing in this organization there are two managers they force to there employee to out the resignation and they give threat for termination to there employee. Now they have h ire around 10 to 12 employee from the campus, in these 10 to12 now there are only 2 employee left and another 10 has left or they got terminated Now the appraisal season are going on and they are giving pressure in the appraisal so employee can get less appraisal, they put down there senior in from of there junior In this organization Senior Person should take the interview but the junior employee is taking the interview to put down the senior people There is a Junior manager in SIT he force to their employee to work and spend at least 15 to 16 hours and also they force to work in weekend as well There is one manager who only hires the employee who is from his family or friends...Read More

Worst management, there is a DY Manager the name of namdev bhosale he not suitable for that post. If you go in his under process, your life will spoil. Salary On Time. Managers are very supportive. Every time they are ready to Help. Architect will also trained multiple technical skills. Must join if you get a chance. Very low salary, team management not proper, worst manager. mail room process (claim merging/merging)is very worst process, plz don't go in this process. you don't get any opportunity in this company. 1) The organization started in the year 2014 and was excellent. The old management cared for their employee and took every decision keeping the employees in mind considering how it would effect them. The management are just TASK masters, Hunters everyone filled with EGO. 2) The new management is absolutely rubbish and they care about money and filling their own pockets even if they have walkover employee lives. 3) The old HR manager was excellent and cared for his resources. The new HR manager is a lady and does not know anything in fact she does not not even excel (this is with regards to a recent query that i had asked her). 4) Most of the employees stay back as they don't have any other option in the market. 5) There is no learning, no upskilling, no external vendor training in the organization. 6) If you want to make a mess of you career, please join this organization. 7) The high rating on Google and Ambition box are all fake .
