Management poor always ready to cut off salaries. No holiday. Always threatens to cut salary unnecessarily. Military types. lot of politics. Nobonus no of no increment or less

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
