I worked in McKinsey for 1 year and 2 months. Unfortunately I was not able to continue working as I had to move to Muscat. It was an amazing experience to work in this company. McKinsey have a good work culture, they follow the ethics, values. It's an employee friendly company. Has a great cafeteria, decent increment, good team leaders.Its my dream to work in McKinsey again.

In the beginning it is bit difficult to become independent. Till then we should take assistance of a coach.

I worked as Business presentation specialist. Initially we will have an awesome training. Trainer was too good. Then we be assigned in a team and will have a coach to assist. Later we have to become independent to handle our job.
