on time proposal from few operations teams.

Dislikes

Salary delays for months, No support, unnecessary wasting of time with baseless meetings, forcing employees to resign, high pricing on proposals etc.

They the management and it is a solo minded organization who dictate to all the downline. During pandemic, they dismissed me from my service. Now I have big financial troubles and all because of MBG Corporate Service.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
