I did not like working in this company.

Dislikes

I disliked Everything about the company. Management is terrible and treats the employees like garbage. They threaten the employees frequently about firing them. Make the employees work overtime in daily basis. The job is boring and won't help your career to grow. Salary is way to low compare to the work and time they take from the employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There are no leaves at all; in case someone needs a leave for some reason, that day's salary is deducted. Also, the salary could be much better, considering the volume of work we do, and the hours we need to put in.
