The work life balance is awesome, they are very generous with deadlines, lots of opportunities to grow and learn, and the work culture is very comforting.

Its permanent wfh status can make you miss out on in person office fun sometimes.

There are no leaves at all; in case someone needs a leave for some reason, that day's salary is deducted. Also, the salary could be much better, considering the volume of work we do, and the hours we need to put in.

A friendly working environment that provides me room for learning without any reservations. Also, feedback on the quality of work is being provided at regular intervals and good performances are being rewarded.

Dislikes

No fixed paid leaves, including casual and sick are available and holidays are not being provided on some internationally recognized holidays.
