Dislikes

Never cares about the Employee, particularly the employees deputed in the client location. No proper process in terms of Financials, payrolls and claims. Literally have to do multiple follow-ups and very poor response from both HR and Payroll team as well. Not sure about the leadership team at the top layer, but mid layer should definitely improve in all the above aspects.
