The management is really very good . Each and every employee is having polite and friendly nature and that really helps to grow for the freshers as well as 2 or 3 years experienced employees , Good opportunity for learning . They have lots of project so I can say that there is job security . My journey with Maven wave has been fabulous so far with lots of opportunities . I have served for about 1 year and 5 months in this company with Job location - Gurgaon and currently working as a Software Engineer in App development department. I did 3 months of internship from Maven wave Partners , an Atos Company and internship process was really smooth with number of modules and practice test papers with lot of resources and mentor guidance . I am working remotely and Maven wave is supporting work from home culture . Even my onboarding process was really very smooth . In Maven wave , there are lots of fun activities , surprise parties . Maven wave provides you opportunities with number of cloud based live projects being one of the Google premium partners . Gurgaon Maven Office has nice infrastructure and all necessary equipment . Company used to provide Amazon vouchers as well for participation in fun activities . And also gives awards for best performance like Ninja squid award , Star of the month award and many more . Work timing is also flexible for me 1pm to 10 pm for monday to thursday , for fridays its 10 am to 7 pm . My Journey with Maven Wave has been amazing so far with lots of opportunities. I have served for about 1 year & 9 months in the company from Job location- Gurugram & currently working as a Software Engineer in App Dev department. I got campus placed from my University & started my career with the organization. I have completed my 6 month internship as a Software Intern from here. The Internship curriculum was really smooth with tons of resources provided & mentor support. I'm currently working remotely & Maven Wave is supporting Work from Home Culture. Especially in COVID times, the HR team & management tried their level best to make the Work from Home Culture interactive with workshops, Virtual parties & we used to win Amazon Gift Vouchers with participation in all these activities. I have started my career with my maven wave and this is a great place to work everything is cool here like colleague's behavior working environment of my experience I learned a lot from here I joined as a kindle intern in maven wave in July 2021 and I became a full-time employee on 1st Oct. I really learn a lot from here.
