HR Team is helping, onboarding experience was extremely organized and surprisingly fun during which the policies and procedures are well delivered in all the sessions. The queries are also handled well and resolved in given stipulated time period. Company understands work life balance and respect that. Provides regular communications on upcoming events and news. Management listens to and considers new ideas which can lead to the company growth and success. You get to work with top leaders - smart, collaborative and willing to share the information to grow together. Working hours are 10 to 7. Feels good to work here as we are headed as a profitable and value-driven organization.
