Main issue with matrix is salary and appraisal In regards of salary we are not happy they are not increasing it by themselves we have to approach so many times for doing it

It is worse company to work. They ask to come to office at 9:30 sharp and even after coming before the time they expect from you to work when you reach home. Salary is very low and the work pressure is too much. Pathetic overall. The GM(Saroj k Mishra) will make any rule and will force upon the employees. A lot of office politics.
