Regional Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Western Region to lead our Employee Background Verification (EBC) Services team in the Western Region.
This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the regional strategy for EBC services, aligning with the overall company vision.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the entire EBC process, from initial client consultation to final report delivery.
Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce turnaround time.
Manage a team of experienced professionals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and expectations.
Proactively address client queries and concerns.
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and future opportunities.
Team Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of EBC professionals.
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience: 15-18 years of work experience, with at least 8-9 years in the EBC services industry.
Proven track record of leading and managing large teams.
Strong understanding of EBC regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using EBC software and tools.
Ability to travel within the region as required.
