I am associated with Masycoda Solutions since 2019. While working, I saw like the work culture is very friendly everyone help each other. There are more opportunities to learn and grow yourself, they provide the training materials. Management are transperant with the employee and they have good polices. Also they provide the good salary/hike. the most important thing is, we do not have politics.

The company recently became partners with Kinaxis and I believe will prosper colossally in Solution Consultancy in Maharashtra. The Infrastructure is ergonomically amazing and the employees are helpful & assistive. Management is excellent and spot on even during covid times. I started as a Supply Chain Analyst Trainee few years back and the Journey here has been splendid so far. The training & Certifications they are providing for Kinaxis Rapid Response are known by very few but it has a huge demand in global market and I speculate it is going competitive neck to neck with SAP ,ORACLE in S&OP Planning. Work Culture here is amazing and Work From Home option is also available for employees who are assigned on projects. The Company's Policy is strict as a bond is made to be signed, but I feel people who are able to see a bigger picture in Supply Chain & Logistics are surely be prospering in here as Career Growth and Salary Increments is such a Lucrative Opportunity in the field of SCM....Read More

The Training period was quite hectic and challenging and doubt sessions were quite unclear during lockdown times as there was communication gap on MS Teams but in actual office this gap was eradicated.
