HR is mouth piece of manager ,No job security,never join if you are married and have loans ,they might throw immediately whenever they want ,if manager diesntlike you ,he will put you to bench,after 15 days ,HR will throw you saying blabbering reasons.Ince again Never join if You are married and loans.

1. Great Culture. Most managers are very polite and understanding. 2. Work life balance is good most of the times, but when it is end of project, it will always lead to longer working hours. 3. Give vouchers for different certifications.

1. Appraisal are not inline with performance. Compensation is not inline with market. 2. Tech leads that I worked with lacked experience that makes working with them good learning experience, this makes results in development that works, but is not completed with optimized implementations. Anything not like before joining ask how many month contract is their they didn’t tell me about contract Length for starting contract is 3 month only
