There is lot of politics and the management doesn’t care about the issues going inside the individual teams. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company forces you sign a bond for few positions. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job interesting, but there is no Work life balance as company work on quick clients deliverables with short deadlines leading to daily extensions of working hours. Internal management for Projects are not so good leading towards miss communication.

Overall, not a place if you want to grow professionally. You will never get appreciated for your hard work and efforts after working for 12 odd hours daily. After performing so well, you'll have to beg the management for appraisal which ultimately questions your dignity. HR is as good as invisible, still an adolescent, thanks to management. Never approach this statup else you will be squeezed.
