Bad Management from top level itself Hire people to actually mentally harass the employees by putting unrealistic sales targets No training and expecting results in 1 month of joining ( achive 15k sales by junior employee) Such bad lead quality and good leads are taken away by managers Managers are the worst because they will use you as a dustbin by dumping all the bad leads in your side and taking away good leads Not even able to close the sales Just working in this system from past 7-8 years with no skills, intelligence and growth none whatsoever. They will steal your sales they will ask you to do their side of work as well and they will pretend that they are the sweetest creature in front of you and behind your back you are getting bad reviews everywhere. Not a good company to work in not at all because they are a scam they are not even aware about the leakage that is there and CEO have a tendency to invade your personal space even on Saturday sundays they keep training sessions and keep texting on WhatsApp group regarding how people are useless not working what he need others to do and blah blah. Please think before you join here and specially avoid managers like - Jaison Jose, Tanveer Maldar, Ankit puri, Jasdeep and ayush Jain as these people have no skills and are in this system from a decade stealing away peoples sales and very unethical in terms of work. They have no sense of how to talk to clients have no idea how to be a manager. Flexible working hours. But since you are having laptop to carry home, you will be told to work from home leading to long working hours.
Lack of training which ultimately leads to bad performance and blame the employee for not working well. This leads to PIP and if you complete the task, they wont be satisfied from what you have delivered. And finally you are terminated. There is too much of politics and comparison between peers.
