The company pays well and the infrastructure is pretty great. It used to be an excellent place to work in 2015-2016, but it’s been downhill since then.

They make the employees work far too much when they can just hire a few more people to even out the workload. They do not appreciate hardworking employees. They refused to take action against a manager who was offensive, rude, and disrespectful and made working conditions highly uncomfortable and nearly unbearable. They also rely too much on the feedback of Team Leads and Assistant Managers, who can be extremely biased; so even if someone is skilled and hardworking, they may not get their due if the TL is not on board with them getting their due appreciation....Read More

When it was work from office, they used to provide good food options. They also offer good compensation to freshers. On a personal note, I can honestly say that just a few good, hard working people made the experience at MnM better. Grateful to my TL who trained and mentored me, and some of the analysts who worked well and truly valued the editors.

Here’s a list of them: •Overburden employees with too much work instead of hiring more people •The senior management has no accountability • Absolutely do not care about work-life balance. During the pandemic, they expected people to work at ungodly hours more than ever. •They do not value people or the hard work and dedication they demonstrate; they just treat them as cogs in a machine.

This organisation is good for people who like to praise their reporting managers and the ones who don't have self respect. Those ones will surely grow financially. Forget the learning path because that's nill.

Dislikes

Leadership team is running a circus led by bunch of people who are associated with the company for 10 plus years and are only here to get self appraised year on year. Hire and Fire is a mantra for the ones sitting at leadership level.

Flexible working hours. But since you are having laptop to carry home, you will be told to work from home leading to long working hours.

Dislikes

Lack of training which ultimately leads to bad performance and blame the employee for not working well. This leads to PIP and if you complete the task, they wont be satisfied from what you have delivered. And finally you are terminated. There is too much of politics and comparison between peers. No or very less salary hikes. Unnecessary time consuming mandates. No work life balance.

Nothing. No authenticity in the reports they create. Copy pasted. Better dont waste money

Dislikes

No transparency and clarity. After making you work like a donkey, they can anytime put into PIP period to avoid appraisals. Pathetic work life balance. Manager will give work on Friday night and ask you to give by Monday morning. Office politics and no leadership team. HR needs to work on the work policies.
